Richelieu Hardware is looking for a Customer Service Representative for the Atlantic Countertops, Newfoundland
More specifically, the main responsibilities of the position are to :
- Focused on logistics, delivery coordination, and management of complex customer orders
- Mainly by phone and email, and occasionally assisting with customer pickups
- More logistics and operations-oriented (handling deliveries, payments, backorders)
- Includes taking payments, coordinating truck deliveries and with carriers Growth expected through increased knowledge of products and procedures
Requirements :
- Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to learn
- Good communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills (both internally and externally)
- Ability to prioritize and complete work independently
- Work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic environment
- Computer literate. Ability to use Microsoft Office products and general familiarity with ERP software. Able to lift 30 pounds
