Our clinics address diverse issues across various populations, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
About You
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Eating Disorder Program Manager to join our team and make a significant impact in the lives of individuals struggling with eating disorders. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in treating eating disorders, leading program development, and team management. This role requires a strong leader who can collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, manage clinicians, and ensure that all treatment programs meet clinical standards and address client needs.

About You

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in treating eating disorders, leading program development, and team management. This role requires a strong leader who can collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, manage clinicians, and ensure that all treatment programs meet clinical standards and address client needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and modify comprehensive program objectives for the clinic’s eating disorder treatment services.
- Oversee all aspects of the eating disorder programs, ensuring interventions are evidence-based and align with clinical standards.
- Lead and supervise a team of clinicians, including psychotherapists, nurses, and other health professionals, ensuring program goals are consistently met.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and external community partners, to provide holistic client care.
- Provide clinical guidance, training, and mentorship to staff, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and knowledge to deliver effective interventions.
- Liaise with community partners and healthcare providers to foster collaborative treatment plans and support systems for clients.
- Conduct regular evaluations of program effectiveness, using client data and feedback to inform ongoing improvements.
- Supervise the development of individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
- Oversee data collection and analysis to monitor client progress and inform evidence-based treatment decisions.
- Model appropriate therapeutic approaches and strategies for program staff, providing leadership and clinical support.
- Facilitate communication between clinicians, clients, families, and external partners to ensure cohesive care plans.
- Stay current with research and developments in eating disorder treatments to ensure the clinic’s programs remain cutting-edge.
- Master’s degree in a related field (Psychotherapy, Psychology, Nursing).
- Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Psychotherapist (RP), or Registered Psychologist credentials required.
- 2+ years of direct experience treating individuals with eating disorders.
- Extensive experience in program development and clinical leadership, particularly within an eating disorder or mental health setting.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating eating disorders, including CBT-E, FBT, and DBT.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, for interacting with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and external partners.
- Experience in supervising and managing clinical teams.
- Current police check/vulnerable sector screening required.

- BeWell Health Centres offer a range of competitive compensation options consistent with your level of credentialing.
- We also offer a generous vacation and benefits plan for salaried employees along with flexible working hours and a hybrid of virtual/in-person.
- This role can be structured either as a fee-split model OR as a salaried employment role.
- Total compensation for a fee-split model can range anywhere from 100k to 120k contingent upon billable hours offered.
- Total compensation for the salaried role will range from 80k to 100k annually, consisting of a base salary supplemented by variable compensation based on caseload and performance metrics.
