As General Manager, you will:
- Oversee all facets of daily operations - from guest services and long-term tenancy management to budgeting, marketing initiatives, and property upkeep
- Lead by example, mentoring and motivating a small, dedicated team in a hands-on environment
- Balance operational involvement with strategic oversight, ensuring smooth service delivery and continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with staff while enjoying the autonomy to make decisions, with full support from ownership when needed

- We offer a market-based salary. The base salary hiring range for this position is $66,000 - $72,000 annually. Placement in the salary range will be determined by the level of experience and expertise, with the goal to ensure market competitiveness
