Grill Cook

Chairman’s Steakhouse is looking for a skilled and passionate Grill Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and cook high-quality grilled items to specification, particularly premium cuts of steak
• Ensure consistency, portion control, and food safety standards are maintained
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of grill station and kitchen
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Contribute to a positive and respectful kitchen culture

What You Bring:

• Proven experience working as a grill cook or line cook in a high-volume kitchen
• In-depth knowledge of steak temperatures and grilling techniques
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stay focused and organized under pressure
• Food Safe certification or willingness to obtain
