Position Title- Business Analyst

Location- Toronto, ON

Job Summary –

A business analyst role involves examining and analyzing business processes, data, and systems to identify areas for improvement, then developing and communicating recommendations to stakeholders to increase efficiency, productivity, and profitability within an organization; key responsibilities include gathering data, performing analysis, creating reports, identifying business needs, and translating those needs into actionable solutions by collaborating with various departments and teams across the company.

Years of experience needed – 10+

Technical Skills:

• Analytical skills: Strong ability to interpret data, analyze complex information, and draw meaningful conclusions.


• Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively convey findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.


• Technical skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI), project management software, and potentially programming languages.


• Business acumen: Understanding of business operations, financial principles, and key performance indicators.


• Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify root causes of issues and develop practical solutions.


• Collaboration skills: Working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Nice to have: AI/ML knowledge or experience.
