Job Overview
As the Field Logistics & Inventory Specialist for retail demonstrations, you will play a key role in driving the success of our in-store campaigns by managing all logistical aspects from a remote standpoint. In this role, you’ll lead communication with warehouses, coordinate product movement, and ensure assets are efficiently tracked and utilized. Your responsibilities will include overseeing timely deliveries, maintaining accurate asset inventory, managing store mapping, and tracking budgets. Success in this role requires sharp attention to detail, strong project management skills, and the ability to navigate the complexities of coordinating events across multiple locations nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
- Warehouse & Inventory Management: Oversee relationships with warehouse vendor and manage inventory for products, display materials, and demo assets. Ensure optimal stock levels and coordinate timely restocking as needed.
- Shipping & Logistics Coordination: Coordinate all logistics related to shipping and receiving, ensuring accurate and on-time delivery of products and materials to retail locations. Liaise with third-party logistics providers to optimize transportation and delivery schedules.
- Asset Tracking & Management: Maintain accurate, real-time records of all in-store assets, including their location and condition. Continuously improve tracking systems to enhance inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Setup Coordination: Partner with field teams to plan and execute in-store setups and displays, ensuring alignment with retailer requirements and brand standards. Provide logistical support to ensure timely and seamless installations.
- Quality Control: Conduct routine audits of inventory, shipments, and store displays to ensure compliance with quality standards. Address issues proactively to protect brand integrity and presentation.
- Budget Management: Oversee operational budgets related to logistics, warehousing, shipping, and asset replenishment. Monitor and control costs to ensure efficiency and project profitability.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for shipments, inventory status, and asset conditions. Prepare regular performance reports on logistics, asset utilization, and inventory trends for both internal stakeholders and clients.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with field staff and internal departments to ensure they are equipped with the necessary materials, information, and support to execute successful in-store campaigns.
- Experience: 2–3 years in operations, logistics, or project management, preferably within a fast-paced environment. Experience in retail activation, marketing, or asset management is a strong plus.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple workflows and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience coordinating with warehouses, forecasting asset depletion, shipping logistics, and inventory management processes.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Familiarity with inventory management systems and project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com is highly desirable.
- Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, proactively identify and communicate issues, and promote collaboration in a deadline-driven environment.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Resourceful and adaptable, with a strategic mindset for overcoming logistical challenges and implementing practical, time-sensitive solutions.
