Description

This critical role is at the core of our Home Solutions Acquisition team. Supporting the national Home Solutions portfolio, you will create an effective bridge between marketing with and sales channels to support overall Home Solutions growth objectives. Your team will be a key leader in our go-to-market execution of marketing priorities and ideas into channels.

Reporting to the Director, Home Solutions Acquisition Marketing, we are looking for a leader that is eager to challenge the status quo, thrives in a high energy, high performance culture and embodies cross-functional collaboration and teamwork.

  • Champion, document and communicate marketing and business priorities cross-functionally and with channel partners.[a]
  • Support the roll out of marketing changes and initiatives to channels simply and clearly, connecting the dots between portfolios and initiatives for a holistic approach to change management.
  • Act as a filter for all things going into channels, ensuring messages or changes pass our internal “check-list” for readiness.
  • Support your team in owning the overall Home Solutions Channel and marketing calendar, advocating for timelines and coordination which support effective change management.
  • In partnership with channel training teams, elevate and continuously reinforce premium, differentiated value propositions across channel and channel support teams.
  • Support governance to ensure information can effectively flow between marketing and sales channels, fostering an iterative and collaborative partnership.
  • Execute and maintain critical channels sales tools, artifacts and communications supporting efficient and effective selling by channels.
  • Forge new thinking and innovation to constantly improve the efficiency and efficacy of channel go-to-market and communications.
  • Provide mentorship, direction, and leadership to team members accountable for executing channel go-to-market initiatives, communications and planning.

Great-to-haves:


  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Marketing and business management positions
  • Team leadership experience
  • A business, sales or communications undergraduate degree
