OpenText Exstream is a vibrant software development organization that provides a multichannel customer communication management (CCM) solution that is proven to improve the customer experience and make customer interactions more profitable. It allows business users to create the communications for connected customer journeys using the delivery formats and channels customers prefer – including email, web and mobile.

You will work across the entire software lifecycle of these products—from design, to development, and through release—using a variety of languages. As a Software Developer, You Will
- Deliver resilient and sustainable software projects, managing the entire process from design to implementation and rollout.
- Execute defined projects to attain team-level goals, collaborating with the team to comprehend customer challenges.
- Prioritize tasks with the manager to deliver high-quality results that add significant value for the customer.
- Make informed and timely decisions by gathering input from others and considering customer needs.
- Communicate project information effectively to the manager, team, and customers, sharing relevant insights.
- Demonstrate proficiency in consistently delivering high-quality code, translating business requirements into simple projects, navigating large code bases, and debugging other people's code.
- Possess 2-5 years of previous professional experience and a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, information systems, or related fields.
- Programming languages: Java, C++, HTML, JavaScript
- Databases – SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, and NoSQL
- Cloud-Based Technologies: AWS, GCP, Azure, SaaS and PaaS
- CI/CD: GitLab; Jenkins; Kubernetes
