We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Analyst to support our client engagement and pricing strategy functions. In this role, you’ll serve as a key connection between clients, internal teams, and data systems—ensuring pricing information is accurate, insights are actionable, and client needs are clearly understood and addressed.
What You Will Be Doing
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, gathering and clarifying product-related requests and ensuring their needs are accurately captured
- Maintain and update product and pricing data within internal systems with a high degree of accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests align with business operations and capabilities
- Communicate client feedback effectively across teams to support timely and informed decision-making
- Collect, clean, and analyze data related to pricing, sales, customer behavior, and trends
- Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic initiatives and client proposals
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and KPIs to monitor pricing effectiveness, data integrity, and client satisfaction
- Prepare documentation, reports, and visual presentations to share insights with both internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and recommend improvements to streamline data processes and enhance client communication workflows
- Perform ad hoc tasks and analysis to support department priorities
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing or analytical role, ideally in pricing, product, or data management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts in a clear, client-friendly manner
- Experience working with large datasets and maintaining accuracy in CRM or ERP systems
- Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or programming languages such as Python or R (asset)
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data tracking and reporting
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach with adaptability to new tools and processes
- Experience in eCommerce or pharmaceutical industries is an asset
