Job Title: Key Account Sales Manager
Division: Erikson Consumer Home Comfort
Location: Remote - Ontario
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM
What You Will Do
Erikson Consumer, a division of JAM, is growing and as a result looking to make several additions to the team. We are currently seeking a Key Account Sales Manager, based out of Ontario, reporting to our Canadian Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling and managing the Home Comfort category brands within specific key accounts. The Home Comfort category consists of small appliances, large appliances, health & wellness and home goods.

What You Will Do
Erikson Consumer, a division of JAM, is growing and as a result looking to make several additions to the team. We are currently seeking a Key Account Sales Manager, based out of Ontario, reporting to our Canadian Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling and managing the Home Comfort category brands within specific key accounts. The Home Comfort category consists of small appliances, large appliances, health & wellness and home goods.
Responsibilities
- Growing new and existing accounts
- Uncovering market opportunities and relaying back to the team.
- Performing staff training seminars.
- Merchandise planning.
- Coordinating store promotions when needed.
- Work with retail portals and internal systems.
- Following up on leads, opportunities, and new customers.
- Attend weekly sales meetings at specified accounts.
- Attend trade shows and internal sales meetings, as required.
- Participate and manage training events.
- Actively participate in frequent conference calls and sales meetings.
- Responsible for reporting back to head office on account sell-through, inventory levels, and general state of business.
- Managing and maintaining inventory levels.
- Minimum 2 years of Account Management with sales experience on a national level.
- Knowledge of online platforms and retail systems for DTC fulfillment
- A strong entrepreneurial spirit to proactively find opportunities
- Product knowledge in Home Comfort is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of territory and consumer retailers.
- Work with all customer levels including retailers, end-users, etc.
- Experience with, and a strong commitment to customer service.
- Able to work closely with management.
