On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Project Control Officer - Senior for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.


Project Control Officer - Senior - Job Description:

The Senior Project Control Officer will support the Commercial Bank Delivery team by managing three Digital portfolios. This role involves project administration, financial tracking, and risk analysis to ensure efficient operations through various project management tasks.


Project Control Officer - Senior - Responsibilities:

• Manage general project administration tasks to support project delivery.
• Oversee financial management and tracking for various projects.
• Provide support in the investigation, analysis, and documentation of portfolio risks.
• Develop and create presentations and Forum decks, liaising with program/project managers for input.
• Submit and track portfolio change and exemption requests along with necessary approvals.
• Contribute to the implementation of improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for project resources.

• Previous experience in a financial institution is preferred.
