About You
A Toronto Downtown sales team, specializing in office leasing, is actively seeking a dynamic individual who can juggle competing priorities and deadlines to join the team and manage transaction activities through their initiative and well-organized work. The selected candidate must demonstrate diligence and be service-oriented both with other team members and external clients. This position requires exceptional interpersonal skills, strong written and oral communication skills, analytical skills, organizational and planning skills. Individual needs to be self-starting and action-oriented while regularly exercising independent judgment and seeing tasks through to completion.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Retain real estate broker partners nationally, and coordinate communication of requirements and deadlines, obtain market data and review reports
Oversee site selection and evaluation, and manage building tours with clients
Manage transaction and market reporting to clients and partners
Independently manage and execute assigned transactions with a high level of proficiency and knowledge
Deliver measurable value by negotiating favorable terms for clients
Work with internal departments to enhance and customize reports, dashboards and analytics to provide the highest quality deliverables to accounts and clients
Actively monitor progress of assigned transactions, as well as those of the team in order to assist in execution
Create requests for proposals (RFP’s), negotiate term sheets, letters of intent, leases, and prepare approval packages for sales team
Improve client transaction management process
Attend client meetings, tours, and conference calls
Update status and input data in client and portfolio management databases
Assists with or manages local transaction implementation (process standardization).
Facilitate closeout process including hand off to lease administration team.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years’ related experience and/or training
- Real Estate Salesperson License
- Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles is required
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
