Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key intermediary, effectively bridging communication between external representatives, suppliers, and clients to optimize interactions and facilitate smooth operations
- Handle financing requests, contracts, and related documentation with diligence and precision, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and organizational protocols
- Professionally manage incoming communications—including emails and calls—taking a solution-oriented approach to demonstrate commitment to resolving queries efficiently
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners, contributing to a collaborative, supportive work environment and ensuring effective partnerships
- Represent the company and its offerings with integrity, qualifying potential sales opportunities and transferring these leads efficiently to the sales team for further action
- Coordinate lease terminations effectively, facilitating a smooth transition among all stakeholders involved in the process
