KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, resource, and execute multiple concurrent projects, translating strategic objectives into actionable, time‑bound plans.
- Forecast and secure the people, budget, and external partnerships needed to deliver on commitments.
- Communicate with clarity—provide concise, transparent updates to Product Development Leadership, Senior Leadership, and other stakeholders, highlighting both accomplishments and obstacles.
- Continuously improve processes, tools, and team workflows to accelerate time‑to‑market and raise quality.
- Embed quality & compliance requirements into every stage of the project lifecycle, ensuring products meet global regulatory standards.
- Measure what matters—establish meaningful KPIs, track progress, and adjust course rapidly to stay ahead of targets.
- Mentor and influence project contributors and junior staff, cultivating a culture where everyone thinks and acts like an owner.
- Champion the vision of the program, aligning diverse teams around common goals and fostering a sense of collective accountability.
- Prepare and present persuasive program documents, reports, and business cases to drive informed decision‑making.
- Perform other duties that advance program success—you’ll step in wherever ownership demands it.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Project/ Program Management Professional (PMP/PgMP) certification
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in life science, technology, engineering, business and/or proven relevant work experience in the medical device manufacturing industry.
- Proven record of owning full‑lifecycle product or program delivery in a fast‑moving, highly regulated environment (medical device or IVD preferred). Minimum of 5 years experience to back up your record.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority, aligning cross‑functional stakeholders toward shared results.
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Stage‑Gate, or equivalent) and familiarity with quality systems such as ISO 13485 and FDA QSR.
- Strong financial acumen with experience building and defending budgets that tie directly to business value.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, enabling candid conversations and swift resolution of conflicts.
- A growth mindset—eager to own challenges, learn relentlessly, and drive continuous improvement.

The annual base salary for this job ranges from:
$90,000-$110,000
bioLytical's pay range is based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization.
