The parts sales position provides parts knowledge and customer service for Engineered Air replacement parts. The position involves assisting customers over the phone, via email, and in-store, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. The Salesperson creates quotes and invoices, provides lead times and delivery dates, and handles returns from customers

Duties & Essential Job Functions

• Handle the parts requirements of customers.
• Maintain customer goodwill.
• Follow up on shortages and outstanding orders with purchasing/production.
• Assist in inventory count.
• Must be able to do heavy lifting of parts from time to time.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
• Able to follow directions from a supervisor.
• Able to interact effectively with co-workers.
• Able to understand and comply with posted rules and procedures.
• Maintain a high level of customer service.
• Ensure accuracy in all transactions, inventory, and procedures.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
• Must be able to do heavy lifting of parts from time to time
• Assist in keeping the parts area clean and the shelf area stocked and orderly.
  
  

Qualifications/Certifications

• Supply chain and customer service experience.
• High school or equivalent experience.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Must be fluent in English.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Duties may vary, including additional assignments as required
