As a Bilingual Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service, Access control, crowd control since you will be working with people all shift, in a broadcasting environment

- Hourly wage of $ 16.25

- Permanent Position: Friday (1400-2400), Saturday (1400-2000)

- Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
- Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
- Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
- Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, treating every person with respect
- CCTV cameras monitoring and operation
- Monitor and control special events crowd traffic and room access.
- Take actions during emergency situations as per Garda world and USB protocols.
- Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal
- Complete Daily reports and Incident reports
- Provide assistance and evacuate the building(s) in case of emergency
- Hold a valid Manitoba security license
- First aid certification an asset
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Be able to work Afternoon Shifts
- Fluent in French and English ( Written and Verbal)
- Previous experience in the security industry is an asset
- Be eligible to work in Canada
