We’re hiring a Senior Protocol Engineer to lead core architecture and full-stack development efforts for a fast-moving Web3 startup. This is a unique opportunity for someone who’s passionate about purpose-driven work and has deep technical experience in protocol and full-stack development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of decentralized protocol components
- Build and maintain scalable backend systems
- Contribute across the stack in Rust and TypeScript
- Collaborate on infrastructure management using AWS or GCP
- Drive Solana or EVM-based smart contract development
- Work closely with product, design, and leadership to ship quickly and precisely
Required:
- 6+ years full-stack development experience
- 2+ years protocol engineering experience
- Strong command of Rust and TypeScript
- Experience with Solana or EVM development
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP)
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Startup or entrepreneurial experience
- Background in cryptography, ZK tech, or on-chain payment flows
- Passion for mission-driven or nonprofit-related work
