In-house Legal Counsel (Solicitor) | 5 – 8 years | Calgary

As the business continues to grow under a forward-thinking executive team, they are now seeking a business-minded Legal Counsel to join its existing legal team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of post-call experience, ideally with a strong foundation in M&A and securities, along with prior in-house exposure that showcases their ability to act as a pragmatic, solutions-oriented advisor. They should be comfortable navigating a fast-paced business environment and capable of hitting the ground running with sound judgment and commercial awareness.
