Position Summary Our client is seeking a Process Specialist & LEAN Expert to support enterprise-wide transformation and continuous improvement across Corporate Services. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a LEAN background and a passion for simplifying complex processes into actionable steps. The selected candidate will lead service delivery redesign initiatives, develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), and support governance documentation while embedding LEAN principles throughout
Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with cross-functional service delivery teams to redesign business processes and define program governance (including SOPs, SLAs, KPIs, and knowledge documentation)
  • Develop detailed End-to-End Process Maps and clear, step-by-step Standard Operating Procedures to support operational consistency and service excellence
  • Utilize LEAN methodologies to identify process inefficiencies, reduce waste, and streamline service workflows
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing workflows, operational models, and service touchpoints to document current-state and target-state processes
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, applying active listening and structured facilitation techniques to align process redesigns with business needs
  • Support the transition of services to ServiceNow in collaboration with IT and other technical teams
  • Define, track, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the impact of process changes and ensure continuous improvement
  • Act as a liaison between technical and business teams, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder alignment throughout project lifecycles
Qualifications & Experience
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, or related field
  • Certifications (preferred): Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Mapping (BPM), Project Management (PMP/PMI), or other service improvement methodologies
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years in process improvement, service transformation, or operational excellence roles
    • Demonstrated success in developing SOPs and optimizing workflows in corporate or shared services environments
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong proficiency in documenting processes and procedures
    • Experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms is an asset
  • Core Strengths:
    • Attention to detail with a strong ability to simplify complex workflows
    • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
    • Clear, concise communicator—both written and verbal
    • Comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels and facilitating collaborative sessions
