Your role:

• Act as a project lead and key contact for payroll system conversions with support from Manager
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on simultaneous systems-related projects
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for system testing and data validation prior to go-live dates
• Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes and implement automation where possible
• Coordinate process mapping and documentation efforts to ensure clients are well-supported for system migrations/upgrades
• Execute accurate and timely payroll processing and reporting for clients on cloud-based platforms
• Lead client onboarding and system training; respond to client inquiries
• Identify and mitigate risk and any potential system constraints; develop sustainable workarounds as needed

• Proven experience in payroll administration and systems/platforms
• Project management experience
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills
• Experience with process documentation and system testing
