Role Description
We’re seeking a seasoned organizational change consultant to partner with our senior leadership and project teams, focusing on Calgary, with periodic collaboration in Toronto. You’ll help design and implement transformational change initiatives that support major construction programs and organizational growth.

- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in organizational change management consulting, preferably with exposure to construction, infrastructure, or heavy industry.
- Proven track record in delivering structured change in hybrid environments.
- Skilled facilitator—comfortable engaging senior leaders and diverse teams.
- Comprehensive knowledge of structured change frameworks (e.g. Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical mindset: capable of measuring change impact and adoption.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.

- Believe in delivering excellence and finding solutions to problems that stop others from forging ahead.

- Develop and execute change management strategies aligned to commercial construction life‑cycle events (e.g., new project methodologies, technology adoption, organizational restructuring).
- Conduct stakeholder impact assessments; define readiness plans and mitigation strategies.
- Lead engagement sessions and workshops with project managers, site executives, and cross‑functional teams.
- Partner with communications to craft change messaging and training across project phases.
- Track and measure adoption, resistance, and outcomes—with actionable analytics to refine interventions.
