Construction Superintendent

Job Summary

As a Construction Superintendent, you'll be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations on our build sites. You'll coordinate crews, manage timelines, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and solid construction experience who enjoys being hands-on in the field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities
• Communicate effectively with trades, subcontractors, and project managers
• Maintain construction schedules and ensure key milestones are met
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations
• Conduct quality control inspections and resolve site issues promptly
• Maintain daily site logs and progress reports
• Plan and manage material deliveries and resource needs
• Serve as the point of contact for site-based questions and concerns
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in construction site supervision
• Strong knowledge of building practices, codes, and safety standards
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read blueprints and technical construction documents
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in basic project scheduling software (an asset)
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
