Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 CAD Annually

We're currently looking for a driven and detail-oriented Junior Account Manager to join our Calgary team. If you're someone who excels at building relationships, is a natural problem-solver, and brings a keen eye for opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role Overview:
The Jr. Account Manager involves managing customer inquiries, monitoring account services within budget constraints, and identifying sales opportunities, while regularly collaborating with the team and reporting progress. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or customer service, with strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.
The Role Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Handle customer inquiries and requests, addressing their needs effectively.
- Monitor accounts to ensure services align with budgetary constraints and meet client requirements.
- Regularly meet with team members to discuss progress and explore new avenues for improvement.
- Generate progress reports for clients and present updates to senior leaders within the organization.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities, maintaining regular communication with the sales team.
The Strengths and Experience You Bring:
- Internship or professional experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
