We're looking for a hard-working and proactive team member to run the warehouse and be responsible for customer experience in Canada.
As part of a rapidly growing brand, this role is key to ensuring our customers receive exceptional support. We're after someone who genuinely cares – that orders arrive on time and correct, that returns and exchanges are seamless, and that every customer feels looked after from start to finish.
Ideally, you're a mountain biker or have a passion for the lifestyle. More importantly, you’re someone who shows up, gets stuff done, and keeps things running smoothly. You’ll be doing everything from packing and shipping orders, stock management, helping keep the warehouse clean and organised, to assisting walk-in customers.
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Packing / Shipping Online and Wholesale Orders
- Restocking Shelves and Stock Take
- Inventory Software Management and Ensuring Data Accuracy
- Sourcing and Ordering Warehouse Supplies
- Customer Experience Enquiries via Email, Phone, and In Person
- Processing Returns and Exchanges
- Keeping the Showroom / Warehouse Clean and Presentable
- Greeting and Helping Walk-In Customers
- Assisting at Events (some weekends during the year)

- Have experience with customer service
- Have great attention to detail
- Can follow structured processes
- Are physically capable of lifting boxes, climbing ladders/ stairs and restocking elevated shelves
- Have a proactive, can-do attitude
- Are self-motivated and reliable
- Can think critically and creatively
- Enjoy contributing to a positive team environment
- Experience in warehouse management and customer service is a plus and will be considered highly
- Must have a drivers licence
We don’t expect you have done the exact job before to be eligible, we’re looking for people capable of doing it.
