We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team!

In This Role, You Will

• Lead internal and external projects in a custom manufacturing environment
• Collaborate, solve problems and influence outcomes as part of a technical team to ensure we deliver on our commitments
• Define and manage the scope of supply, implementing change management processes where required
• Directly engage with our clients as the primary contact for external projects
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, action/risk registers and other project documentation
• Monitor and report (internally and externally) on project progress and performance
• Create and manage relationships including those with employees, suppliers, customers and other key stakeholders
• Co-ordinate internal and external resources and services
• Prioritize your work and the work of others as you lead several projects simultaneously, which are often at different project phases
• Contribute towards continuous improvement efforts across the company

What You Bring

• Demonstrated ability to set direction and execute on plans
• Experience managing projects through planning, execution and close-out phases
• Strong leadership and facilitation skills in the coordination of activities among variable sized groups of different functional backgrounds
• A high-level of accountability to commitments
• Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes and comfortable working at all levels within the organization
• Previous experience in the marine industry or manufacturing environments would be an asset
• Ability to present project information to customers and other stakeholders; ability to navigate high pressure situations
• Minimum 3+ years of managing projects or related project experience, ideally in client-facing roles
• Minimum 5+ years of professional work experience (inclusive of project management experience)
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering or a related discipline
• Previous experience using SAP ERP would be an asset
• Project Management certifications (CAPM, PMP) would be an asset
