- 17+ years of total experience with significant focus on Quality Engineering and QE integration practices in large enterprises.
- Proven expertise in QE assessments, frameworks, and maturity model implementation.
- Prior experience in merger/acquisition-driven QE integration will be a strong advantage.Lead the assessment of QE processes, identifying gaps, and strengths
- Define and execute integration strategies to align QE practices with ensuring minimal disruption and high-quality outcomes.
- Drive process assessments, maturity evaluations, and roadmap creation for integrated QE practices post-acquisition.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to QE teams to foster a culture of quality throughout the integration process.
