This position works out of our Mississauga location in the Diabetes Care division. We’re focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We’re revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.
This role supports the ADC marketing team by helping bring strategic initiatives to life through content development, campaign execution, and performance tracking. What You’ll Do
- Work directly with consumers and influencers to understand their needs and lived experiences, and translate those insights into authentic, story-driven content that builds meaningful community connections and deepens brand engagement across digital platforms.
- Work with agency partners to co-create compelling consumer content, ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and strong alignment with brand strategy and campaign objectives.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, uncovering insights and opportunities to optimize results and fuel growth.
- Contribute to the high-impact execution of product launches, delivering timely and effective consumer awareness, engagement, and adoption through coordinated marketing efforts.
- Manage the Veeva MLR process to ensure all marketing materials are compliant, timely, and aligned with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate the marketing budget, maintaining accuracy and supporting monthly finance reviews to keep plans on track.
- Bachelors Degree.
- 1 to 3 years of marketing experience, ideally within regulated industries such as healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
- Experience working with creative or media agencies, including briefing, coordination, and campaign execution.
- Therapeutic area experience in diabetes is considered a strong asset.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment .
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally and with external partners such as agencies and influencers .
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret marketing performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations .
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance processes, including Veeva PromoMats.
- Advanced knowledge of basic computer softwares like MS Office (Word,Excel and PowerPoint).
