Title: Release Coordinator/Manager with Java Spring Boot/Angular Development Location: Brampton, ON (hybrid- 3 days a week) Hire Type: Open for Contract & FT (FT preferred) Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure release instruction pages are accurately updated before wiki freeze. Initiate follow-ups and schedule validation calls to confirm completeness of release artifacts. Verify the consistency and correctness of release documentation prior to each deployment cycle. Coordinate with DevOps teams to provision and configure IDT (Integration Development Testing) environments for pre-QA testing. Conduct sanity checks in IDT environments and facilitates smooth handoff to development teams. Ensure timely defect tracking and resolution related to IDT environment issues. Plan and lead release deployment meetings involving all stakeholders (DEV, QA, DevOps, Scrum Masters, Product Owners). Includes Enterprise Release Management (ERM) - Monthly Agile Feature Releases - Bi-monthly Maintain and update release trackers to monitor deployment status and track progress. Technical Requirements: Strong hands-on experience in either or both of: Java Spring Boot (Backend development) Angular (Frontend development) Solid understanding of software development best practices, including: CI/CD pipelines Version control (Git) Agile and DevOps methodologies Unit & Integration Testing Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Exposure to tools like JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Jenkins Preferred Skills: Prior experience in Release Management or Environment Coordination Experience setting up or managing lower test environments (e.g., IDT, SIT) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities “Tech Mahindra is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
