We are building the next generation of software products to power the next generation of Amazon's transportation network worldwide.

Welcome to Relay Fleet Tech. We own hardware and software products that help improve safety, lower cost, and improve uptime of Amazon's transportation fleet worldwide. Our primary customers are trucking companies and fleet teams. If you get excited about solving complex and impactful problems at scale and simplifying user experience, this role is for you.

Our team is looking for a Product Manager to support building of next generation of fleet maintenance products. The candidate will lead tech integrations with external maintenance vendors and automate discreet manual processes with elegant and low-cost solutions using software products. These products will also leverage AI to simplify processes and make lives better for our customers.

To be successful, you need to be flexible and entrepreneurial. You are a true owner - you are passionate about learning and building software products and innovate on behalf of our customers. You ideally have experience working independently in program or product roles, and are excited to think-out-of-the box to solve complex problems.

The role will involve managing tech integrations with external vendors as well as delivery of discreet product initiatives.

Work with external vendors on tech integrations and testing for launch

Build, develop and manage the product roadmap for products supported by internal and external analysis.

Partner with engineering teams on product delivery, identifying and mitigating against risks as they arise to ensure product delivery and efficient use of resource.

Actively build relationships with product managers, business intelligence, and engineers to deliver on your product roadmap.

Collaborate with internal Amazon business teams to define new requirements.

Contribute to the team’s yearly product plans, and own product and program update for stakeholders and quarterly reviews.

Manage and oversee various cross-functional launches and programs, ensuring successful delivery.

Develop, implement, and oversee metrics for products, ensuring clear visibility of milestones and product performance.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services
  • Experience managing technical products or online services
  • Experience in balancing conflicting priorities dealing with ambiguity
  • Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a technology product

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on tight deadlines
  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

The base salary for this position ranges from $83,100/year up to $138,800/year. Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
