- You’ll develop and execute high-impact, integrated ABM strategies to engage, nurture, and convert enterprise prospects, collaborating closely with sales to identify and prioritize key accounts.
- You’ll design and launch omnichannel campaigns across digital, social, email, direct mail, and events, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for enterprise buyers.
- You’ll analyze campaign performance and pipeline impact, using data to iterate, optimize, and demonstrate ROI on all enterprise marketing initiatives.
- You’ll partner with Product, Sales, SDRs, and Field Marketing to align go-to-market messaging, support sales enablement, and drive pipeline and revenue objectives.
- You’ll create compelling, account-specific content and collateral from executive presentations to case studies and whitepapers that speak directly to enterprise decision-makers.
- You’ll manage the enterprise marketing budget, ensuring effective use of spend and consistent delivery of high-quality campaigns.
- You’ll provide ongoing reporting and insights to stakeholders, maintaining dashboards of key performance indicators and sharing learnings to improve future programs.
- You’ll stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, continuously refining our approach to keep us at the forefront of enterprise marketing in the AECO sector.
- You’ll champion a culture of experimentation, testing new ABM technologies, tactics, and channels to maximize impact.
- You’ll work with product marketing to support sales enablement by developing tools, playbooks, and materials that empower our sales teams to engage enterprise accounts more effectively.
- Experience with ABM Platforms - Hands-on knowledge of leading Account-Based Marketing tools (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus) for targeted enterprise campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on insights.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), marketing automation, and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Creative, curious, and always looking for ways to improve processes and results.
- Travel up to 10% to company meetings, team gatherings and trade shows
- Enterprise Sales Alignment - Proven ability to collaborate closely with enterprise sales teams, including experience with sales enablement tools and strategies.
- Event Marketing for Enterprise Audiences - Track record of planning and executing executive-level events, roundtables, or webinars tailored to enterprise buyers.
- Industry Knowledge in AECO - Familiarity with the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Owner sector, including understanding of enterprise buying cycles and personas.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, website management (WordPress), SEO, and digital asset management.
