What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and datasets, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and continuous availability
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover insights related to performance, operations, and financial KPIs, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with data and cross-functional teams to enhance data pipelines, standardize definitions, and document processes and solutions
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support data-driven decision-making for stakeholders and leadership
  • Apply statistical techniques and machine learning models (e.g., regression, clustering, decision trees) for predictive forecasting
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and transform operations through data analytics and business intelligence
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and emerging technologies

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or 2+ years of experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role
  • Strong proficiency in BI and data visualization tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, and Tableau
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Alteryx, Python, R, and platforms like Databricks and Snowflake for querying and manipulating large datasets
  • Solid understanding of ETL processes, data wrangling, and data cleansing techniques
  • Skilled at communicating complex data insights in a clear and digestible manner
  • Experience working with KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or collaboratively
  • Passionate about working with data and understanding large datasets
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify relevant data, draw connections, and translate insights into action
  • Enthusiastic about emerging data tools and technology trends
  • Naturally curious, proactive in seeking answers, and committed to continuous learning
  • Quick to absorb new information and apply it effectively
  • Creative thinker with a talent for generating innovative ideas and solutions
  • Able to prioritize tasks, manage workload, and meet deadlines efficiently
