Integration Project Manager - Business Objects Modernization

On behalf of our healthcare client, Affinity Healthcare Solutions is looking for an Integration Project Manager for a Business Objects Modernization project to support the delivery of the BusinessObjects Modernization Initiative, specifically the migration to the Microsoft Power BI platform. The Project Manager will work under the direction of the organization's leadership and be embedded within the Integration Services portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Overall project management for the BOE modernization work package

• Development, execution, and ongoing management of the project plan, schedules, and detailed work packages

• Day-to-day project execution in coordination with the Integration Project Lead and other internal stakeholders

• Management of project scope, risks, issues, decisions, assumptions, dependencies, and change requests

• Execution of communications plans including escalation of risks/issues through the established Fraser Health governance structure

• Coordination with technical developers, vendors, and SMEs for timelines, scope management, and deliverables

• Oversight and prioritization of assigned contractor workloads and deliverables

• Preparation of weekly status reports, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs, and dashboard updates for governance meetings

• Documentation and tracking of key project decisions and outcomes

• Ensuring all project deliverables align with the organization enterprise architecture, data governance, and reporting standards

• Facilitation of project meetings, workshops, and working groups

• Supporting planning and activities related to the decommissioning of the BOE platform

• Facilitating change management, training coordination, and business readiness activities

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7+ years of project management experience in complex, multi-stakeholder IT initiatives

• Proven experience leading large-scale health care integration or digital transformation projects

• Demonstrated experience working with clinical users, internal IT teams, and third-party vendors

• Strong facilitation and communication skills with a diverse group of stakeholders, including clinical, technical, and business teams

• Ability to navigate change management in clinical or regulated environments

• Familiarity with enterprise reporting platforms, including SAP BusinessObjects (BOE) and Microsoft Power BI

• Strong understanding of health care operations, workflows, and reporting requirements. (BC Healthcare is preferred).

• Experience in report modernization, migration planning, and analytics governance, is an asset

• Experience working within the Fraser Health environment, is preferred

Certifications and Professional Standing (Preferred)

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent

• Prosci or other formal Change Management certification is an asset

• Membership in PMI, CPHIMS-CA, or other relevant professional organizations is an asset
