The Role

We’re looking for a results-driven Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll focus on supporting Go-To-Market hiring, especially Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success—as we continue to scale across North America.

You’ll bring a sales recruiter mindset to the table: proactive, fast-moving, and comfortable pitching a compelling value proposition. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, collaborate with a team of experienced recruiters, and help us build strong pipelines of high-performing talent.

This role is ideal for someone who’s been in the trenches of SaaS recruiting, knows what “great” looks like in GTM roles, and thrives in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Run full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles including Sales, Sales Engineering, RevOps, Marketing, Enablement and CS.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Drive outbound sourcing strategies and build diverse talent pipelines.
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates and deliver an exceptional experience throughout the process.
  • Track and manage candidate activity in our ATS (Ashby), ensuring accuracy and visibility for the team.
  • Share insights with your recruiting peers and help improve hiring processes along the way.

What You Bring

Must-Have:

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 1–2 years focused on GTM or Sales roles in a SaaS environment.
  • A sales-first mentality: you’re confident pitching roles, overcoming objections, and following up.
  • You’re organized, responsive, and able to juggle multiple open roles without dropping the ball.
  • Strong communicator who knows how to partner with hiring managers and influence decisions.
  • Experience with strong sourcing techniques - you know how to attract and sell top talent.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Proficiency with ATS, especially Ashby.
  • Curiosity to test new sourcing channels, tools, and messaging tactics.

  • Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire;
  • Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada;
  • Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.
