We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Food & Beverage team as a Full Time Kitchen Expeditor. As a Kitchen Expeditor you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional member service experiences by providing prompt, efficient and friendly service to our members and guests, while striving for consistency. You will be passionate about the products that are prepared and served, and be able to educate the staff and membership with menu and product knowledge. You will commit to deliver exceptional experiences in all that we do and will constantly aspire to create a second home environment for our members, guests and fellow employees.
Responsibilities
This is a Full Time position that reports to the Executive Chef. The successful candidate must be available to work a variety of shifts including weekends, weekdays, evenings and holidays, so a flexible schedule is required.
The successful applicant will be required to complete a background check as well as Respect in the Workplace and online certification prior to commencing employment.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The Club does not provide assistance with obtaining Canadian work authorization.

Responsibilities
- Manage and organize food order chits as they are received while keeping the pass area cleared to ensure members and guests are presented with their food in a timely manner
- Organize and deliver food orders by table and provide finishing touches on each dish with the appropriate sauces and garnishes while ensuring any order notes such as dietary restrictions or allergies have been addressed
- Collaborate and provide on-going communication with on-shift leaders about dietary restrictions, allergens, lengthy bill times or any issues that emerge
- Work in conjunction with Kitchen Team members to maintain stock of prepared sauces and garnishes
- Provide a steady flow of china, cutlery and to materials within the pass area to ensure seamless service
- Assisting with various food preparation tasks such as cutting vegetables or preparing sauces where time allows
- Enjoy working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must be able to comfortable with the duties of the position for the duration of the shift and lift supplies weighing up to 50 lbs
- Ability to effectively follow verbal and written instructions and communicate in English
