WEAC serves people who identify as women, are 18+ years of age and are seeking supports to end their homelessness.
The Wellness Manager will play a key leadership role at WEAC, a program dedicated to supporting women aged 18 and older on their journey out of homelessness. This position involves promoting wellness among all WEAC residents, supervising a team of Life Skills Coordinators and Wellness Coaches, and collaborating across disciplines to ensure safe, effective, and culturally grounded programming.
Key Responsibilities
Prior to successful employment with e4c, applicants are required to submit a Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector Check and Intervention Record Check (IRC).

Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and strategic direction as part of WEAC’s management team.
- Supervise and support staff using trauma-informed, harm-reduction, and relational practices.
- Coordinate case management and wellness-focused care planning.
- Champion a community-based, culturally responsive approach to recovery and stabilization.
- Ensure effective risk management, incident response, and safety protocols.
- Oversee budget, documentation, and program evaluation processes.
- Degree in Social Work or equivalent (RSW in good standing preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of progressive supervisory experience and 2+ years working with vulnerable populations using trauma-informed and Indigenous worldviews.
- Strong competency in harm reduction, de-escalation, and inclusive practice.
- Proven ability to foster a team environment and a community of practice.
