Planning & Evaluation Coordinator
E4C

Planning & Evaluation Coordinator (aka - Strategy Action & Learning Coordinator)
Help Shape Impact with Insight, Heart, and Adaptability
We’re looking for a strategic chameleon, someone who can dance with complexity, thrive in ambiguity, and stay curious in the face of uncertainty. At e4c, we don’t just collect data. We tell stories. We illuminate change. We elevate voices. And we design evaluation systems with community at the core.
If you’re passionate about making a difference by helping systems work for people, and you believe that spreadsheets and relationships are better together, we’d love to meet you.
How You’ll Bring The Magic
- Love building relationships just as much as you love identifying patterns
- Weave together data, storytelling, and community voices to inform strategy and evaluation
- Facilitate collaborative planning with frontline teams and senior leadership alike
- Cultivate an organizational culture of learning, adaptability, and accountability
- Follow your curiosity to uncover the stories behind the numbers by listening deeply, asking thoughtful
- questions, and connecting the dots through relationships built on mutual trust and shared learning
- Translate accreditation requirements into actionable (and meaningful) steps
- Partner across departments to co-create outcomes that matter to people
- Champion human-centered evaluation practices that elevate marginalized voices
Your Toolkit Might Include:
- Experience in planning, evaluation, and/or strategy in community, nonprofit, or public sectors
- Ability to hold space for data, for people, for deep conversations and hard questions
- Knowledge of accreditation, change management, and project planning
- Familiarity with participatory or equity-based evaluation methods
- A Bachelor’s degree (or Master’s) and lived/work experience, plus heart and competence
This role goes beyond data points and deliverables. It’s about building systems that are responsive, reflective, and rooted in equity. We’re looking for someone who values the process as much as the outcome and who sees planning and evaluation as powerful tools for transformation, not just accountability.
