Are you a relationship builder with a deep love for the creator economy, a passion for tech, and a track record of turning good ideas into great collaborations? Linus Media Group is hiring a Creator Partnerships Lead to oversee and grow our creator-facing programs—from affiliate deals and product seeding to paid sponsorships and beyond.
As a Creator Partnerships Lead, you'll take point on a wide range of initiatives that help creators grow their revenue and strengthen their connection with our brand. You’ll lead cross-functional projects, work closely with creators of all sizes, and build out our creator engagement programs.
Duties:
- Lead end-to-end execution of creator-facing programs such as affiliate campaigns, product seeding, paid collaborations, creator-focused events, and digital services.
- Build strong, ongoing relationships with creators, acting as their go-to contact within LMG.
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and internal alignment with creative, production, and product teams.
- Develop systems for tracking performance, reporting results, and iterating on campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with our Business Development and CW teams to identify new opportunities that support both creator and company growth.
- Stay current on creator trends, platform updates, and emerging talent.
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or campaign/project management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills—you know how to earn trust and keep it.
- Highly organized and confident juggling multiple priorities at once.
- Comfortable working across departments, managing up, and seeing projects through to completion.
- A strong understanding of YouTube and other social platforms, with a genuine interest in the creator space.
- A proactive mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and a drive to build programs that scale.
Compensation:
For this position, the typical hiring salary base range falls between CAD $65,000 and $80,000 per year, based on market location and job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills and experience. This role is also eligible for a discretionary bonus and additional benefits, which together make up the total compensation package, in line with our company’s philosophy to recognize and reward employee contributions.
