Responsibilities
- Bring to life a media plan by building search strategies across platforms
- Coordinate campaigns and ensure budgetary monitoring of investments in search, social, and programmatic channels, with basic 360 media understanding outside of digital
- Evaluate and provide unbiased recommendations for client reports (KPIs, goal tracking, revenue tracking and any other relevant metrics)
- Calibrate and balance campaigns to ensure outcomes are met
- Manage different media platforms in close collaboration with campaign managers daily, with a focus on query-based opportunities
- Bring forward new initiatives and innovations in the query space, including AI, commerce
- Help provide qualitative insights for strategic and creative thinking for account management
- Participate in strategy development and media recommendations
- Perform day-to-day operational communications with client stakeholders
- Stay up to date with best practices, new features, and trends in all forms of search, to drive account growth and capitalize on emerging opportunities, measurement and tools
- Minimum 2 -3 years of experience in digital media campaign management
- Platform experience for search, platforms and commerce
- Professional curiosity for all things digital media, tracking, analytics (GA4), etc.
- Interest in having more expertise for performance media campaigns
- Proficient in English (both oral and written), extra points for knowledge of French
- Excellence in using Excel, planning platforms, and digital service platforms
- Experience and exposure with Google Ads (RSA, Video Search, DSA, Smart Campaigns, PMAX, Discovery, Shopping and App Campaigns), Bing Ads (Expanded Text, Responsive Search, Dynamic Search), Amazon, TikTok (Search and Shop Ads), and artificial intelligence LLM platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity etc.)
- Hybrid work: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
- Vacation: 3 weeks of annual vacation + agency closure during the holiday season + all statutory holidays doubled + 5 personal days + 1 volunteer day
