Job Information THL Gourmet Foods Inc. is one of the leading importers and distributors of Asian food products from around the world. We are currently looking for a passionate Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Team Position Summary: Reporting to the Marketing Assistant Manager / Manager, the Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting a wide range of marketing initiatives, from campaign planning and content creation to event coordination and performance tracking. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, and passionate about branding and customer engagement. You’ll collaborate closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities across multiple channels Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in Developing Marketing Campaigns
  Support the creation and execution of marketing strategies across digital, print, and in-store platforms.
• Coordinate Marketing Materials
  Organize the design, production, and distribution of marketing materials including flyers, brochures, and social media content.
• Manage Social Media and Website Content
  Schedule and publish posts, track engagement, and ensure branding consistency across platforms.
• Event Planning and Support
  Help organize trade shows, promotional events, and product launches by managing logistics, materials, and vendor coordination.
• Track Marketing Performance
  Monitor metrics such as campaign ROI, social media engagement, website traffic, and provide reports to
  marketing managers.
• Coordinate with External Partners
  Communicate with agencies, printers, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of marketing
  initiatives.
• Administrative Support
  Maintain marketing calendars, update databases, handle invoices, A&P tracking records and ensure documentations properly filed.
• Support Sales Team
  Help with promotion flyers each period and product presentation by request

Requirements/ Must-Haves:

• Diploma or certificate in Marketing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign execution.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., social media, websites, email marketing).
• Basic knowledge of content creation and copywriting.
• Experience in event planning and coordination.
• Working knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is considered an asset, but not a requirement, as the role may involve supporting Chinese-speaking markets or partners.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various markets for events or research purposes.

• Creative mindset with the ability to contribute ideas for diverse marketing events and campaigns.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills for managing documents, timelines, and deliverables.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including form creation and basic data analysis.
