Requirements
- Currently completing a post-secondary education in computer science, or related field.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
- Advanced knowledge of networking and computer set-up
- Provide internal support on the implementation of new systems (e.g. CRM, ERP, etc.) within the organization
- Create documentation and standard operating procedures (SOP’s) for new systems and/or programming implementation
- Respond to helpdesk tickets, from users on Albarrie operating and software programs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with several departments, to assist in troubleshooting of information gathering on process or programming changes
- Working with the ERP Systems Analyst, investigate and resolve issues with implementation process
