SCHEDULE:

  • 35 - 40 hours per week
  • Monday through Friday with 2 Saturdays a month

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 4 - 5 years experience working in a Dental settings and familiar with dental processes
  • Preferred prior experience as a Dental Assistant or Hygienist
  • Experience with dental practice management software such as Abeldent is considered an asset
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook)
  • Strong written and communication skills when speaking with patients and dental providers
  • Strong knowledge of medical and dental terminology and processes
  • Experience maintaining a professional level of patient privacy
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, and other financial transactions
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
  • Customer service mindset
