Building Mechanical Designer

Location: Calgary, AB | Job Type: Full-Time | Schedule: Monday-Friday (2:00 PM Fridays!)

About The Role

We're looking for a Building Mechanical Systems Designer to join our innovative and collaborative team. No prior experience required - we provide full training! If you're a problem-solver with a passion for mechanical systems like HVAC and plumbing, this is your opportunity to kickstart a rewarding engineering career.

What You'll Do

• Design mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing) for a variety of building types.
• Perform load calculations, equipment selection, and system layouts.
• Create mechanical drawings and specifications that meet code and project requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, structural/electrical engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Mechanical Engineering Degree or Mechanical Engineering Technologies Diploma.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and time management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Revit is a plus!).
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
• Must be fluent in English and able to relocate or reliably commute to Calgary, AB.
