Paradigm has an opportunity for a Program Manager to employ their knowledge, skills and techniques to deliver and implement significant initiatives and enable our customers to maximize their investments in their business processes and information technology. This role can b e onsite in Regina, SK or 100% remote.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the implementation of a transformative reporting system that delivers timely, automated, customizable, and interactive insights on patient-level costs and quality indicators. Collaborate with clinical teams, health system administrators, financial analysts, and other key stakeholders to ensure effective adoption and utilization of the system in driving improvements in care quality, safety, and value.
  • Champion the development of a sustainable analytic ecosystem by aligning people, processes, and technologies to support ongoing analysis and reporting of patient cost data. Provide change leadership to build organizational readiness, cultivate data literacy, and embed continuous improvement practices that enhance data quality and usability over time.
  • Establish and operationalize governance and change management frameworks that integrate patient cost data into core improvement efforts, business decisions, and strategic planning. Drive stakeholder engagement, manage resistance, and foster a culture that values data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.

What we’d like:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Public Policy, Business, Communications, or Finance.
  • A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Health Systems, MBA, Public Health) is preferred.
  • Certifications in Change Management, Business Analytics and Project Management are assets.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in program or project delivery, preferably in a health system or public sector setting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in organizational change management, including stakeholder readiness assessments, change strategy execution, and coaching.
  • Proven experience in strategic communications, with a track record of developing clear, accessible messaging for complex, data-driven initiatives.
  • Familiarity with or experience in healthcare costing, financial performance frameworks, or patient-level data utilization is strongly preferred.
