Position Summary

The role of the Junior Associate Campaign Manager (Social) is responsible for assisting the overall campaign performance and execution. Their goal is to help provide best in class expertise and recommendations that drive performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Specialists & Team Leads on the development, implementation and optimization of social media campaigns.
  • Use research tools to help develop profile of target audiences with view into their social/online behaviors, media consumption, etc.
  • Help gather and distribute research around the industry, our clients and their audiences.
  • Help generate contracts, setup, launch, monitor, optimize, reconcile and bill campaigns to ensure that client receives all planned media and is invoiced properly.
  • Help pull data for reports and prepare meaningful insights and recommendations.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Professional or Educational background in Marketing or Advertising would give leverage to this application.
  • Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of programs.
  • A passion for social media and an eagerness to learn. Active user / participant in social media is a plus.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multi-task, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy when working with numbers.
  • Excellent quantitative/analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions based on data.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
