What are your contributions to the team?

  • Work with the Salesforce.com Product Owner Team to triage and categorize daily support queries related to user access, data transformation, analytics, new functionalities, bugs, and project related tasks.
  • Deliver Salesforce.com solutions: implement assigned change requests submitted by users; document requirements, participate in testing and liaise between the technical teams and the business.
  • Interact, and support business stakeholders through written and verbal communications.
  • Deliver weekly and month reports for management.
  • Keep up with changes in the user community and administrate focal management processes.
  • Investigate operational needs, problems and opportunities, contributing to the recommendation of improvements.
  • Maintain and /or create procedural documentation related to the department’s processes.
  • Plan required activities that will contribute to your assigned tasks and / or projects; organize your day in order to meet deadlines and work in a very dynamic environment.

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
