- Work with the Salesforce.com Product Owner Team to triage and categorize daily support queries related to user access, data transformation, analytics, new functionalities, bugs, and project related tasks.
- Deliver Salesforce.com solutions: implement assigned change requests submitted by users; document requirements, participate in testing and liaise between the technical teams and the business.
- Interact, and support business stakeholders through written and verbal communications.
- Deliver weekly and month reports for management.
- Keep up with changes in the user community and administrate focal management processes.
- Investigate operational needs, problems and opportunities, contributing to the recommendation of improvements.
- Maintain and /or create procedural documentation related to the department’s processes.
- Plan required activities that will contribute to your assigned tasks and / or projects; organize your day in order to meet deadlines and work in a very dynamic environment.
- Learn how to use Salesforce, our Customer Relationship Management solution
- Develop customer service, communication, and time management skills
- To participate in brainstorming and troubleshooting sessions
- Location: Administrative Centre (CA)
- Duration: 8 months
