At e4c, we believe in transforming lives and building strong communities. Our Youth Housing Programs provide safe, supportive transitional housing for youth (ages 14–17) facing complex challenges including homelessness, substance use, trauma, poverty, and systemic barriers. We operate with a harm reduction, trauma-informed, and person-centered approach, creating inclusive environments for Indigenous youth, newcomers, LGBTQ2S+ youth, and others experiencing marginalization.

We are seeking a Site Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of one of our youth housing sites. As a key member of the Youth Services leadership team, you will support frontline staff, ensure effective program delivery, and build strong relationships with youth, staff, and community stakeholders. This role is ideal for a dedicated leader with strong knowledge of youth development, housing, and trauma-informed care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate youth program plans and outcomes to ensure program fidelity and improvement.
  • Support and provide staff with innovative strategies to enhance their work with youth experiencing complex barriers.
  • Analyze programming trends through review of incident reports, service delivery, outcomes, goals.
  • Lead the evaluation and development of staff performance through regular supervision sessions, performance appraisals, training opportunities, and feedback.
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders, community members, and external service providers to develop the networks, systems, and social justice to achieve program outcomes.
  • Monitor and evaluate house/program profile in the community, develop programming or action plans to address gaps or areas of improvement.
  • Facilitate audit programming/reporting processes, compile reports and propose recommendations.
  • Oversee and evaluate program/house documentation (i.e. CARF, OH&S, policies, and procedures).
  • Recruit, orient, and train all staff in partnership with the Youth Housing Program Leads.

What You Bring To The Team

  • Diploma or Degree in Child and Youth Care, Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
  • 4+ years working with marginalized youth; 3+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of harm reduction, trauma-informed care, youth homelessness, and cultural diversity (including Indigenous, LGBTQ2S+, and newcomer youth).
  • Deep understanding of substance use and mental health.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License, insurance, and access to reliable vehicle.
