Transform Software Companies at Lightning Speed
At Trilogy, we don't just acquire software companies—we revolutionize them through operational brilliance. Our competitive edge comes from our ability to implement lean, automated systems that scale rapidly without expanding headcount. We're seeking technical architects who can dismantle complexity and rebuild it as elegant simplicity.
As our Management Consultant, you'll spearhead complete system transformations across our diverse portfolio. Your projects might include streamlining post-acquisition offboarding for over 1,200 employees, creating AI replacements for traditional enterprise tools, or developing automations that save thousands of manual hours. Your toolkit will include Python, cutting-edge LLM APIs, and specialized platforms like Cursor, Windsurf, and MCP—all supported by battle-tested playbooks that keep you focused on delivering measurable results.
Trilogy maintains its 100+ product portfolio with exceptional efficiency—fewer management layers, accelerated decision cycles, and performance standards that surpass conventional enterprise environments. This role offers the rare opportunity to create significant impact without navigating bureaucratic mazes or managing oversized teams.
We're not interested in maintaining the status quo, outsourcing challenges, or hiring those who need extensive direction. We're searching for technically sophisticated, execution-oriented leaders who leverage automation as a multiplier and velocity as a competitive advantage. If this describes your approach, you'll excel with us.
What You Will Be Doing
Architect and implement AI-powered operational frameworks that minimize manual intervention, simplify complexity, and enable efficient execution across Trilogy's worldwide software portfolio.
Basic Requirements
Hundreds of software businesses run on the Trilogy Business Platform. For three decades, Trilogy has been known for 3 things: Relentlessly seeking top talent, Innovating new technology, and incubating new businesses. Our technological innovation is spearheaded by a passion for simple customer-facing designs. Our incubation of new businesses ranges from entirely new moon-shot ideas to rearchitecting existing projects for today's modern cloud-based stack. Trilogy is a place where you can be surrounded with great people, be proud of doing great work, and grow your career by leaps and bounds.
