Are you passionate about driving growth through tactical, data-driven strategies? As a Growth Strategist at Motiv, you will take the lead in crafting and executing growth initiatives that deliver measurable results for both our clients and Motiv ventures.
You will not only define growth strategies but also roll up your sleeves to implement specific tactics, ensuring every campaign, outreach, and initiative is optimized for maximum impact. This includes working on tactics such as brand strategy, content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, paid campaigns, organic marketing, customer success program design, and other tactics to develop holistic growth strategies.
- Shape Strategy & Lead Growth Initiatives: Identify high-impact opportunities and lead the development of integrated, content-driven growth strategies. Propose and execute initiatives, such as lead-gen funnels, founder-led thought leadership, or lifecycle campaigns, that align with business objectives and drive measurable results.
- Create High-Impact Content Across Formats: Write and edit compelling content tailored to different stages of the customer journey. This includes long-form pieces (e.g., white papers, reports), campaign content (e.g., landing pages, nurture emails), and short-form assets (e.g., social posts, CTAs). Leverage AI tools as needed to ideate, draft, or optimize content efficiently without compromising quality.
- Work Across Visual & Multimedia Content: Collaborate with designers and video producers to develop on-brand, high-performing creative. Design skills are highly preferred, you’ll have support, but should be comfortable working within existing design templates (e.g., Figma, Canva) to quickly adapt or create assets independently when needed.
- Execute and Distribute Campaigns Across Channels: Plan, build, and launch marketing campaigns across email, social, and web. Develop and manage automated email flows, newsletters, and content rollouts tailored to each channel. Use AI and automation tools to enhance production efficiency, personalize messaging, and optimize distribution. Collaborate with internal teams to expand reach through organic, paid, and partner-driven tactics.
- Support Revenue Enablement & Funnel Optimization: Create marketing assets that support conversion, from awareness through onboarding and retention. Align with internal teams on messaging and touchpoints that support the broader sales and customer success journey.
- Track Performance, Analyze Data & Report on Results: Collect and analyze performance data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and content initiatives. Build dashboards and reports that surface actionable insights and inform future strategy. Leverage tools like Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Hotjar, Mixpanel, SEMrush, and other analytics platforms to monitor behaviour, identify trends, and guide continuous improvement.
We’re looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on tactical execution:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a growth-focused role with a proven track record in executing and managing growth tactics like content marketing, email marketing, social media, paid campaigns, and product marketing.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven mindset, with experience using analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Copywriting Expertise: Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to create compelling content and craft messaging that drives engagement and conversions.
- Multi-Channel Expertise: Demonstrated ability to execute integrated marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
- Tools Proficiency: Knowledge of marketing, automation, and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate strategies and results to diverse audiences.
- Adaptability: Proactive and adaptable, with a passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends.
