Are you a systems architect who thrives on creating scalable solutions? At Trilogy, operational excellence is more than just a buzzword—it's our competitive edge. We rapidly acquire and scale software companies, requiring leaders who can design streamlined, automated systems without adding unnecessary complexity.
In this role, you will spearhead comprehensive transformations across our global operations. Your projects might include streamlining the offboarding process for over 1,200 employees post-acquisition, replacing tools like Jira and Salesforce with advanced AI agents, or implementing automations that save countless manual hours. You'll work swiftly using Python, LLM APIs, and tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, and MCP, all while leveraging tried-and-true playbooks to focus on achieving impactful results.
Trilogy operates a portfolio of over 100 products with uncompromising efficiency. We cut through layers, accelerate cycles, and set high expectations, offering you the opportunity to make a significant impact without the red tape or large teams. We don't maintain the status quo, outsource change, or hire those who need a big team or approval to make things happen. We're seeking highly technical, action-oriented leaders who use automation to their advantage and prioritize speed. If this sounds like you, you'll fit right in.
What You Will Be Doing
Develop and implement AI-driven operational systems that eliminate manual tasks, simplify complexity, and enable scalable execution across Trilogy’s extensive software portfolio.
Basic Requirements
