Salary: $60,000.00 CAD Annually - $65,000.00 CAD Annually

Description: Our client is currently seeking a L1 Desktop Support (French-English)

Minimum Qualifications

Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).

Technical certification or equivalent experience (2–4 years in desktop support or related field).

Basic understanding of ITIL methodologies.

Familiarity with software and hardware systems (PCs, laptops, tablets, printers).

Preferred Qualifications

A+ Certification or equivalent technical credentials.

OEM certifications as required by management.

Additional customer-specific certifications or training (as needed).

Responsibilities

Provide desk-side support for end-user devices including PCs, laptops, tablets, and printers.

Perform Install/Move/Add/Change (IMAC) activities and respond to change management requests.

Deliver support to VIP users with professionalism and urgency.

Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex technical issues.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and meet service-level metrics.

Communicate proactively with users and service desk teams regarding status updates and repair timelines.

Follow documented service operations policies and procedures.

Display consistent excellence in technical and professional service delivery.

Perform other duties or obtain certifications as required to meet evolving business needs.
